Association USA compiles the list of bulls based on Expected Future Inbreeding
(EFI) to recognize bulls that have outcross genetics, yet are still breed
leading sires. To be included on the list, they must be from Section 2 (Top 400
TPI bulls) of the Holstein’s Red Book and have at least 75 percent reliability
for type.
